🛑 Abu Dhabi Police Is Urging Drivers To Stop When They See A School Bus “STOP” Sign
School buses are back, and Abu Dhabi Police is reminding drivers to keep an eye out for that big STOP sign.
When a school bus extends its STOP arm, drivers must come to a complete stop and leave at least five metres between their vehicle and the bus. This gives students enough space to cross safely while getting on or off the bus.
And it’s not a rule to take lightly, drivers who fail to stop can face a AED 1,000 fine and 10 traffic points.
